I moved west to the desert of New Mexico. The roaches of New York turned into scorpions and the rats became snakes. Sushi turned green and became chili, my space heater is now a humidifier.

Oh how I miss those weekly Dharma gatherings at the NYC Shambhala Center. Great speakers, interesting people. The Shambhala center here is overrun by lesbians who sit around together on pillows and watch Pema Chodrin videos. My hope is wherever we live next has a decent Shambhala Center. The one in Milwaukee is good-where I got started.
